Long Layers

The Cut

With this longer cut, how you wear it is up to you. Flat-iron it to keep it sleek and smooth for daytime. Then embrace your curl (or curling iron) for evenings. The cut features squared, clean ends in the back. Then, overlapping long layers are cut on the inner portion of the hair to finish the look. These long layers are the perfect way to promote fullness with this very versatile style.

The Styling

For daytime, use Paul Mitchell Extra Body sculpting foam and a round brush for a smooth look. Special nights and holidays call for a bit more. Use a 1 1/2" curling iron and finish with Paul Mitchell Worked Up hairspray for a flexible hold.
