Earning Points

How do I earn points?

You will receive 1 point for every dollar spent on qualifying products and service purchases in a participating salon, including gift cards, unless you elect to receive a travel-size product instead (see below for details). Points will be awarded to the member who pays for the product or service.

How can I find out how many points I have?

Stylists at your participating salon can provide your point balance. It will also appear at the bottom of your receipt and in your membership emails. You may also log in to your account for current account information.

When do my points appear in my account?

Points earned will be automatically deposited into your account, usually within 24-48 hours after your qualifying purchase. Purchases made prior to joining the program will not be eligible.

What purchases are not eligible for points?

Most purchases are eligible for point earning. However, the following purchases and costs are not eligible for points:

  • Certain charges and fees, including but not limited to tips, sales tax, state fees, and service charges
  • Purchases paid for with a certificate, voucher, or gift card
  • Purchases made prior to joining the program
  • Purchases made for resale
  • Other exceptions may apply; ask your stylist for details

Do points expire?

Points will not expire as long as you make a service or product purchase at least once every 12 months. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, your points will expire.

How do I report missing points?

You can report a missing purchase by emailing Guest Services or calling 1-844-POINTS1 (1-844-764-6871) and presenting your original purchase receipt. We will award any missing points that were errantly deleted or not applied, at our discretion.

What happens to my points when I return an item?

The points you received for that purchase will be deducted from your balance. View our Program Rules for more information. If your points have already been used for a reward, you might have a negative point balance.

Can my family use my membership and I get the points?

Your points, rewards, and program account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. Points will be awarded to the member who pays for a product or service. If you are a parent, you will receive points for your child’s (age 13 and under) services through your membership and email address, if you are the person paying for such services.

Can I give my points to a friend or family member?

Your points, rewards, and program account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned to, or shared, with family, friends, or others. If you are a parent, you may use points for your child’s (age 13 and under) service through your membership and email address.
