What purchases are not eligible for points?
Most purchases are eligible for point earning. However, the following purchases and costs are not eligible for points:
- Certain charges and fees, including but not limited to tips, sales tax, state fees, and service charges
- Purchases paid for with a certificate, voucher, or gift card
- Purchases made prior to joining the program
- Purchases made for resale
- Other exceptions may apply; ask your stylist for details
