Online check-in

What services are available for online check-in?

Currently you can check in for a Supercut™, Supercut with Shampoo, Supercolor®, and Waxing services. Your check-in puts you on our wait list before you arrive at the salon. 

How do I create an online check-in?

It’s easy. Just provide us with your name and number, select a service, pick your stylist, and choose your arrival time at the salon. We’ll see you soon.

When can I check in?

You can make same-day online check-ins when the salon is open. You can make a check-in for the soonest available or for later in the day.

Why don’t I see my stylist’s name when I am selecting a stylist?

Your regular stylist may not be scheduled that day or no longer has any availability for the day. Every Supercuts stylist receives additional technical education at our Supercuts Hair Stylist Academy and is ready to create a super look for you.

Does online check-in work on my mobile device?

Yes! You can create a check-in from your mobile phone or tablet in addition to a desktop computer for your convenience. Or if you prefer, you can download the Supercuts mobile app for free, available in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

Account Information

Why should I create an account?

When you create an account, your information including name, phone number, preferred salon, and services are saved, so your next check-in is faster.

How do I update my email preferences?

Sign in and click on My Account in the upper right hand corner. Select My Profile and you can change your email preferences under the Email section.
